- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to oversee daily resident care.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused primary care by visiting residents in skilled nursing facilities.
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions.
- Utilize Theoria's proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation.
- Familiarity with facility EHR systems such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech.
- Engage in Theoria's Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality initiatives.
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants effectively.
- Utilize electronic medical tools for administrative tasks and documentation.

Shift Structure- Flexible shifts based on physician availability.
- Typically, physicians work 1-2 days per week at each facility.
- Rounding times are adaptable, with no fixed start or end times.
- No night or weekend shifts; call is managed by Theoria's virtual care team.
- This position requires in-person attendance.

- Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $400,000 annually, depending on employment status.
