Core Responsibilities
  • Act as the attending physician for residents at various facilities.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for daily resident care management.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused primary care services through patient rounds in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including infections and long-term conditions.
  • Complete provider documentation using Theoria's proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy.
  • Utilize commonly used facility EHR systems such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech.
  • Engage in Theoria's Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, RPM, and other quality initiatives.
  • Supervise and support collaborating Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
  • Effectively use electronic medical tools for administrative tasks and documentation.

Shift Structure
  • Flexible shifts based on physician availability.

  • On-call responsibilities are managed by Theoria's virtual care team.
  • This position requires in-person attendance.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive compensation package.
  • Annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $400,000 based on employment status and availability.
