Shift Structure- Flexible shifts based on physician availability.
- Attending physicians typically work 1-2 days per week at each facility.
- Rounding times are adaptable, with no fixed start or end times.

- Call coverage is managed by Theoria's virtual care team.
- This is an in-person role.
- Competitive salary package.
- Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $400,000 annually based on employment status.
