Job Description
The Support Professional 2 role at Bridgewell is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our residential team, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with developmental and psychiatric disabilities. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility, compassion, and strong communication skills.

About the Team
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff, social workers, and other support professionals, to develop and implement individualized plans that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Monitor client behavior and report any concerns to management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized plans

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
- Minimum one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
- Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience required

Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated $40,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth. We also offer additional compensation for on-call rotations.
