We are seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in Massachusetts.

Job Overview

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per yearResponsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create treatment plans
  • Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • State licensure, if applicable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
