Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver Specialist to provide support and assistance in Level 2 residential programs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
The estimated salary for this role is $38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Bridgewell offers excellent health benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
- Create opportunities and provide support to individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
- Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
- Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience
