Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Temple Health. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting for our hospital system and its members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Communicate financial information to department heads and management personnel
  • Provide trusted advisory services to member entity department heads and management personnel
  • Develop and implement financial reporting systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • CPA certification preferred
