Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Relationship Specialist. As a key member of our local team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations, making informed decisions with minimal oversight
- Grow the portfolio organically, identifying new business opportunities and promoting existing accounts
- Manage and balance risk on customer accounts, ensuring the company's financial goals are met
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement
- Three years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to travel frequently within your market to support customers
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
- Proficient in using technology required for the position, including mobile applications and software
- Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K matching, and paid time off.
