We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to contribute to our Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit. This role involves providing innovative, effective, and safe engineering solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor project team members to foster professional growth.
  • Oversee project management and maintain client relationships.
  • Conduct and evaluate design calculations to ensure project integrity.
  • Supervise the preparation of technical drawings and plan sets.
  • Draft and review technical memorandums and reports.
  • Prepare and assess project specifications.
  • Generate cost estimates for project budgeting.
  • Facilitate the preparation of permit applications.
  • Assist in business development initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Possesses over 12 years of relevant engineering design experience, particularly in civil infrastructure, water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, and road development.
  • Holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Wyoming or is eligible to obtain it within a specified timeframe.

  • Exhibits excellent technical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
