Clinical Scheduler

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Scheduler to join our team at Res-Care, Inc. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing patient schedules in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and assist with answering incoming calls from patients, staff, and referral sources.
  • Select appropriate clinicians for patient assignments based on patient needs, location, and clinician skill.
  • Maintain visit data in electronic medical records.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; valid nursing license and CPR certification preferred.
  • Minimum one year clinical experience, preferably in home health.
  • Minimum two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
