Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a staffing and retention strategy that aligns with customer needs, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, testing, selection, and final offer recommendations.

  • Oversee the Board of Review program, ensuring the implementation of recommendations and developing solutions in collaboration with management.
  • Coordinate annual feedback processes to identify supervisors and managers needing action plans for performance enhancement.
  • Provide training and guidance on HR practices, policies, and programs, including new hire orientation and performance management.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for supervisory and management development, career planning, and internship initiatives.
  • Act as an internal consultant to assist management in identifying organizational challenges and implementing training solutions.
  • Maintain training records and manuals, monitoring the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company positively and encourage others to do the same.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or recruitment is required, with prior external recruitment experience preferred.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills with external agencies, vendors, and all levels of employees.
  • Ability to implement and conduct training programs.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is essential.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication, with fluency in English.
  • Competence in using personal computers and relevant software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).
  • Ability to remain calm and make rational decisions in emergency situations.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform various physical tasks.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Ability to tolerate environments with varying noise levels, temperature fluctuations, and other factors.
