About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Reporting Coordinator to join our team at Truist. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating cybersecurity executive and operational reporting to our technology partners and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting Governance: Support the team responsible for the operational reporting governance model and roadmap for reporting to enterprise technology, business executive leadership, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Reporting Calendar and Communications: Maintain a reporting calendar and communicate with cybersecurity leadership and department team members to ensure timely submission of executive and operational reporting.
- Reporting Content: Provide proactive support to stakeholders, coordinate requesting and gathering reporting content, ensure consistency, and recommend improvements.
- Special Topics and Capability Overviews: Assist in developing special topics and capability overviews for senior leadership reporting with the assistance of cyber subject matter experts.
- Report Development: Assist in editing, drafting, and finalizing reports using strong writing, layout/formatting, and quantitative skills.
- Reporting Checkpoint Meetings: Attend all reporting checkpoint meetings to note any action items and relevant feedback to incorporate.
- Reporting Templates and Guidance: Maintain reporting templates and guidance, ensuring content submissions adhere to established standards.
- Stakeholder Interface: Interface and partner with cybersecurity leadership, department team members, and oversight teams to provide reporting requests and gather content on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in regulatory affairs, business, organizational or compliance law, or financial services.
- Experience: Five years of related experience performing legal, compliance, or other duties such as risk management and/or project management.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance terms, disciplines, and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Reporting Skills: Significant proficiency in designing reporting within Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience: Experience with designing and aggregating reporting for executive leadership and Board audiences.
- Industry Experience: Banking or financial services experience.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CISM Certification.
