We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Program Execution Director to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, high-impact cybersecurity initiatives and programs across the organization.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a Cybersecurity Program Execution Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity programs and initiatives, combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach.
  • Managing a cybersecurity technical scrum program and team of project coordinators.
  • Developing and implementing program management frameworks, collaborating with senior leadership, and overseeing multiple programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and mentoring team members.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15+ years of management experience working in a cybersecurity program management, IT governance, policy, or information security environment.
  • Proven track record of global program management experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and partner with C-level executives, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Financial management and ROI analytical skills, with the ability to provide vision, strategy, and leadership.
  • Proven experience in driving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with high-achievers, to meet management and customer expectations.
  • Functional knowledge of CISSP security domains, governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI), and information security industry standard and best practices.
  • Strong performance management skills, leading, motivating, engaging, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics in clear, non-technical language, with outstanding analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take ownership of, and solve problems, with a consistent delivery of work products that are consistent with sound and ethical business practices.
  • Outstanding strategic planning and management skills, with the ability to think creatively, and strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Active learner, able to enhance personal, professional, and business growth through new knowledge and experiences.
  • Experience working in an international business environment, supervising a geographically dispersed team.
