At Lucy Corr, we prioritize exceptional care and a nurturing environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Environmental Services Aide, available in full-time, part-time, and PRN capacities.
Key Responsibilities- Execute all cleaning tasks and schedules as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor to maintain a pristine and healthy atmosphere.
- Conduct cleaning and disinfecting duties with respect for residents' dignity and personal belongings.
- Adhere to Infection Control protocols while performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Strong listening and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to interact with residents, visitors, and staff with tact and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work within established timeframes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Competence in operating various housekeeping equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, such as Environmental Services Aide, Housekeeper, or Custodian, or a comparable combination of training and experience.
