Role Summary: The Installation Service Coordinator is essential in collaborating with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling, fulfill customer requirements, and provide outstanding service.
- Facilitate coordination with technicians and suppliers to enhance scheduling efficiency and meet client timelines.
- Communicate service updates to the sales team and management.
- Work alongside the team to guarantee prompt and complete delivery of products and services.
- Keep accurate records of service requests and manage part orders.
- Organize external contractor support when required.
- Prepare backup personnel for coverage during staff absences.
- Oversee vendor reimbursements and service billing.
- Develop and maintain the department's procedural documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years in administrative support or millwork.
- Skills: Proficient in conflict resolution, effective communication, and collections.
- Computer skills and the physical capability to lift and handle materials.
