Compensation and Benefits
As a General Dentist with Delta Companies, you can expect a competitive annual salary of up to $195K, with opportunities for growth and experience-based increases. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 403B retirement match and generous PTO policy. We also offer up to $120,000 in federal school loan assistance over 3 years of service, as well as a $15,000 signing bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.

Our 4 x 10 hour shift schedule ensures a healthy work-life balance, with no weekends or call required. You will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, making a real difference in the lives of our community members.
