Director of Learning Technology

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Learning Technology to lead our technology learning team and drive the success of technology-driven learning initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and Learning Focals to align learning programs with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of learning consultants to deliver high-quality, business-aligned learning programs.
- Curriculum Design: Ensure the design, development, and delivery of business-aligned curricula that drive performance and engagement.
- Metrics & Performance: Define and track key performance indicators related to business outcomes and engagement.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative learning technology solutions to Kyndryl's learning ecosystem.
