HR Knowledge Manager Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager Associate Director to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for executing our HR content strategy, with a focus on our ServiceNow HRSD knowledge base.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that our knowledge base remains current, accurate, relevant, and easily accessible to all Kyndryl employees. You will play a vital role in creating and implementing strategies to optimize the usage, growth, and enhancement of our HR knowledge base over time.
To succeed in this role, you will need to blend technical knowledge skills with thoughtful partnership, toggling between technical platform execution and strategic thinking. You will shape the strategy of how information is shared across Kyndryl and design our knowledge workflows in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also support HR change management activities across transformation initiatives.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in HR Knowledge Management and Knowledge Architecture. You will need a strong understanding of knowledge management principles and HRSD technology, as well as experience in HRSD (Service Now for HR) Knowledge Management module.
You will also need excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management to balance competing priorities and ambiguous tasks. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills in the learning technology domain are also essential.
Experience in change management is also highly desirable.
