IT Director

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned IT Director to lead the development and execution of IT initiatives for a fast-growing client in the distribution space.

The ideal candidate will oversee information technology systems, establish processes and procedures, and analyze and optimize business processes and technology initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities include leading company-wide IT, including cyber security, hardware, software, maintenance, and upgrades, as well as managing IT investments to ensure business objectives and appropriate ROI.

The successful candidate will also oversee Company's Sharepoint and communication platforms, assess new technologies, and lead evaluation, re-design, implementation, and continuous improvement of critical operating practices and procedures.

Additionally, the IT Director will manage all third-party providers, oversee contracts and service agreements, and be responsible for updating and execution of company disaster plan and continuity.

Key requirements include 10+ years of IT leadership experience, exceptional emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a high-level understanding of business strategies and objectives.

The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated success in developing and implementing IT strategies, expertise in systems architecture, security, programming, and network administration, and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills are also essential, as well as experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
