Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Quality Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing document scanning, verifying data control records and shipment documents, and working under direct supervision to accomplish assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Quality Department, including inputting, retrieving, and compiling data/records, and operating computer systems (MS Word and Excel).
  • Document Management: Coordinate and manage document scanning, verify data control records, and shipment documents.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with the Shipping department to provide complete documentation to customers and perform additional tasks to support the Quality Assurance Department.
  • Communication: Communicate and work with others in a courteous and professional manner, and effectively apply problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Organizational Skills: Be organized and practice good housekeeping on a daily basis, and manage workload to deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree in Quality or Engineering preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in Quality Assurance/Control or other relevant experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and ability to work in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.
  • Additional Requirements: Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder) per ITAR regulations.
