Job Title: Sr. Quality Inspector

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Quality Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with established requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze data and make sound determinations of the appropriate inspection method and equipment to be used for product acceptance.
  • Use all inspection/test equipment, including coordinate measurement (CMM) and/or DCC, to determine product acceptance.
  • Construct complex inspection set-ups and perform required inspections to determine product acceptance.
  • Initiate and complete all quality-related records and documents with minimal supervision.
  • Provide guidance to lower-level inspectors and support PPAPs, PFMEAs, and Control Plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years prior experience in standard mechanical inspection as a Grade II Inspector or better.
  • Basic knowledge of ASME-Y14.5 (Geometric Tolerance) and ability to apply/inspect to requirements with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with measuring product of titanium materials.
  • Ability to use a microscope for detecting cosmetic defects.
  • Ability to facilitate communications with Manufacturing and Engineering in determining inspection methods to ensure part conformity.
