The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and residents, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This role is essential in managing communication and providing support to both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome residents and guests, ensuring adherence to visitor protocols.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, utilizing a professional greeting and relaying messages as necessary.
- Respond to emergency calls and alarms, taking appropriate action in critical situations.
- Maintain essential records, including a daily communication log and occupancy reports.
- Process rent payments from residents and their families.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as copying and filing.
- Monitor resident activities and communicate service requests to relevant departments.
- Handle mail distribution and notify residents of incoming packages.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure the security of the premises.
- Manage guest meal and room service requests, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen staff.
- Report significant incidents to management as needed.
