**About the Role**
Gina Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Originator to join our team. As a Loan Originator, you will play a critical role in sourcing new loans by maintaining and expanding relationships with borrowers, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Source new business through networking, meetings, telesales, and canvassing.
- Relationship Management: Develop, manage, and maintain existing relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants, and other real estate professionals to generate future business opportunities.
- Loan Origination: Liaise with in-house counsel and borrowers on active deals, evaluate and underwrite real estate, and tour properties.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in investment or residential sales, real estate lending, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
