**Job Summary**
As a Manager at Belk, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, including:
- **Hiring and Employee Management**: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
