The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting various studios across the organization. This position involves close collaboration with our leadership team and Project Managers, focusing on all facets of project accounting alongside the Finance and Accounting team.

The ideal candidate is a driven and inquisitive professional capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic setting. They must exhibit strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and a passion for teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project billing processes
  • Manage project maintenance, including setup, budgeting, and ongoing management within the accounting system
  • Handle accounts receivable collections
  • Facilitate revenue recognition, assist in forecasting, and conduct project and WIP analysis
  • Provide training for Project Managers
  • Utilize expertise to support Project Managers in informed decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required
  • Two to five years of relevant accounting experience is preferred
  • Experience in an Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design firm is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and accounting software (experience with industry-specific software such as BST, Deltek, Timberline is highly desirable)
