Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reported issues to identify trends and recommend solutions for service improvement.
  • Create and maintain internal and external resources to enhance our knowledge base and customer experience.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Attend team meetings and staff development trainings to optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
