Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via various communication channels.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
