Overnight Front Desk Coordinator

About the Role:
As a key member of our overnight front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Your primary focus will be to welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and uphold safety measures to ensure a secure environment for our guests
- Perform responsibilities given by the Front Desk Supervisor
- Work independently to care for each guest's needs
