Job Description

The Project Coordination Specialist will work closely with all members of the project team, including project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and project accountants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining project files, both digital and hard copy, according to company standards;
  • Uploading contractual documents to the CMiC sub-module;
  • Maintaining compliance module and change management processes;
  • Supporting cost management, including tracking General Conditions budget;
  • Coordinating field new hire process and onboarding as needed;
  • Jobsite mobilization & demobilization;

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of prior experience in general office, administrative, or related work, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
