Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description
This role involves overseeing the preconstruction phase of heavy civil projects, including site work, underground utility, and roadway construction. As a Heavy Civil Preconstruction Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring all preconstruction activities are efficiently managed and executed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of preconstruction activities
  • Development of project strategies and schedules
  • Reviewing and analyzing project plans and specifications
  • Leading the underground utility, site work, and roadway construction planning processes
  • Conducting site visits and meetings to assess project progress

Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on preconstruction and project management. Proven experience in heavy civil construction projects, including site work, underground utility, and roadway construction. Knowledge of WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) operations and management is a plus.
