Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the quality assurance team in conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including laboratory testing and results.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality assurance issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure UFM remains compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
