{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance program and provide guidance in inspection and test techniques. The ideal candidate will have a trained eye for detail and be reliable and committed.

Responsibilities include: managing QA personnel, implementing methods to inspect and test products and production equipment, ensuring products adhere to quality standards, training and managing staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods, monitoring production and quality processes, and troubleshooting any errors.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking, recording, and maintaining quality assurance data and generating reports as needed.

Maintains all company SQF administrative requirements and performs periodic quality inspections.

" , "About You": "We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and quality assurance in the paperboard packaging industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQF, 5S, G7 industry specifications, and knowledge of safety programs, occupational safety, and health administration requirements and Code of Federal, State, and Local Regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to multi-task with deadlines while still meeting standards.

They will also have the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions based on facts and critical thinking.

Demonstrate high ethical standards with fellow employees, customers, and the public.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.

An Associate degree is a must, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

SQF certification is a must.
