Banquet Sous Chef Job Summary

The Banquet Sous Chef is a key member of the culinary team at Aimbridge Hospitality, responsible for assisting in the preparation of all food items for Banquets Outlets and Employee Cafeteria. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes.

  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless execution of banquets.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
