Enhance customer service standards and set new benchmarks for excellence in interactions. Assist customers with onboarding, training, and education on the platform. Respond to technical questions and serve as a reliable advisor on our products. Discover upselling opportunities to boost revenue. Collect and disseminate customer success stories. Offer insights to refine processes across teams.
You:
1+ year of experience in a client services role within the tech industry. Energetic and driven individuals eager to grow in the tech industry. Proven experience in customer-centric roles. A curious mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities. Strong digital proficiency (MS Suite, Slack, CRM tools). Excellent communication skills
