Job Description

RN Industries Trucking is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Representative to join our team in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet business development goals.
  • Assess market trends, competitor analysis, and establish short and long-term growth goals.
  • Support the development of annual sales, marketing, and growth plans to ensure assigned business development revenue and growth goals are achieved.
  • Implement a market development and sales operating plan to enhance operating unit effectiveness and delineate responsibilities and authority.
  • Develop and maintain a client database to track sales progress and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operation management on new and existing projects for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the development of site-specific business opportunities by completing financial pro-formas to establish revenues and costs.
  • Accountability for meeting sales goals with budgeted resources and developing sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on competitive services, promotional matter, sales techniques, pricing, and marketing policies.
  • Participate in conferences and within gas industry organizations to identify emerging trends and needs.
  • Reporting, as required, to management.
  • Generate proposals for submittal to prospects.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of oil and gas experience, 3-4 years in Rental Services.
  • Working knowledge of oil and gas field infrastructure services and oil/gas fluid handling services.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle according to RN Industries Trucking's insurance guidelines.
  • Comfortable with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated record of success in business development and direct sales.
  • Capability and proven abilities in research, targeting, planning, managing, delivering, and executing project sales.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized, flexible, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently.
