About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer III to join our Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the highest level of quality in our design, manufacturing, and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements to eliminate waste and reduce cycle time
  • Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues
  • Design and implement training programs to develop problem-solving skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in an engineering or production field with at least 5 years of process improvement experience
  • Experience developing and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
