Our team is dedicated to creating reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, and we're looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Systems Engineering, PLM, and collaboration tools to support the Orbital Reef Program.
  • Lead the creation of and/or modification of analytical models to drive project success.
  • Perform complex integrated analysis to ensure the development of safe and reliable space systems.
  • Provide engineering support and technical ownership for concept development, requirements definition, design solution definition, implementation, integration, verification, and validation.
  • Establish product and process metrics to measure and improve performance.
  • Identify and address gaps in existing processes, tools, and infrastructure to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics.
  • Industry practice in Systems Engineering tools and processes.
  • Deep understanding of systems engineering principles, concepts, and methods.
  • Self-directed and capable of balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of spacecraft active thermal control system development.
  • Experience in design, analysis, and/or certification of aerospace safety-critical systems.
  • Support up to 10% domestic travel for milestone reviews, training, and team engagements.
