Compensation: $65,000 annually, non-exempt + bonus. Our compensation range is based on various factors, including location, experience, and job-related skills. Our performance-based bonus structure rewards hard work and dedication.

Job Description: As a Client Service Associate, you will assist Client Service Specialists in communicating with clients, processing transactions, and preparing for client/prospect meetings. You will also maintain accurate records, scan and file documents, and support office administration tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service and support the growth of our firm.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have entry-level limited finance industry experience, general finance and custodian knowledge, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high standard of customer service, are essential. Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure are required.
