We're a dynamic organization seeking a highly motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional client service and support, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and protect attorney time
- Manage client files from start to finish
- Scan and save incoming client documents into the database
- Answer inbound calls and route them internally
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Manage CRM software and perform data entry
- Prepare and send engagement agreements and invoices
- Participate in client meetings as needed
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in front office positions or calendaring/scheduling management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation:
A competitive salary of $42,500 - $52,500 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a signing bonus, bonus pay, company retirement plan, PTO, 6 paid holidays, and health benefits.
