We're a dynamic organization seeking a highly motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional client service and support, ensuring seamless interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and protect attorney time
  • Manage client files from start to finish
  • Scan and save incoming client documents into the database
  • Answer inbound calls and route them internally
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Manage CRM software and perform data entry
  • Prepare and send engagement agreements and invoices
  • Participate in client meetings as needed

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in front office positions or calendaring/scheduling management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation:

A competitive salary of $42,500 - $52,500 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a signing bonus, bonus pay, company retirement plan, PTO, 6 paid holidays, and health benefits.
