Strategic Account Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Development Representative to join our growing team at Lavendo. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the North American market by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct sales demos, presentations, and virtual meetings to educate prospects about our services.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruiting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT and software development industry, including roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
- Ideally, an existing book of business with hiring managers (CTO/CIO/HRD).
- Proficiency in using CRM, sales tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
