About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Development Representative to join our growing team at Lavendo. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the North American market by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct sales demos, presentations, and virtual meetings to educate prospects about our services.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience in the IT Staffing/IT Recruiting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT and software development industry, including roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
  • Ideally, an existing book of business with hiring managers (CTO/CIO/HRD).
  • Proficiency in using CRM, sales tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
