About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Alfa Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting new business, quoting and binding policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business opportunities in multi-line insurance
  • Quote and bind policies for new and existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service through strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Support the agent and service center staff as needed
  • Make decisions on applicant insurability and placement using competent skills in binding and processing applications
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new programs and procedures
  • Team player with a positive, professional attitude
