Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at il Buco Family. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Development
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to drive team engagement and growth.
    • Coach and counsel team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Guest Engagement and Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional guest experiences, driving repeat business and positive reviews.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet guest expectations.
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Business Acumen and Compliance
    • Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
    • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Overall Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
