Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide primary medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to determine the cause of a patient's symptoms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide the highest level of care.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current and active medical license to practice in the state of North Carolina.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with a focus on Geriatrics.
- At least one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
