Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Springfield, MO. As a senior-focused practice, we prioritize building lasting relationships with our patients and providing exceptional care to those aged 65 and older.
Key Highlights:- Guaranteed Annual Salary: $300,000, with no wRVU/production requirements
- Value-Based Care: Adequate time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives, and multiple touch points throughout the year
- Small Panel Size: 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage, allowing for personalized care and attention
- Dedicated Support: Clinic-focused and dedicated to meeting seniors' needs, with a dedicated panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support
- Flexible Work Schedule: 30-minute to 1-hour appointment slots, with flexible workweek options, including four days per week
- Comprehensive Benefits: Day one benefits package for your entire family, including comprehensive vacation and CME with a $5,000 allowance
