Mercy Clinic is seeking dedicated primary care physicians who have a passion for serving seniors aged 65 and older. The position is exclusively outpatient, managing a patient panel of 600 individuals under Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. The compensation package includes a guaranteed annual salary along with quality incentives, allowing you to focus on patient care without the pressures of production metrics or wRVUs.

- $300,000 guaranteed salary with no wRVU or production quotas

- Dedicated registered nurse assigned for telephone consultations, triage, and in-basket support

- Options for in-person, virtual, or telephone consultations for various healthcare needs

- Appointments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, ensuring thorough care without haste
- Management of a patient panel of 600 or 1,000 with assistance from advanced practice providers
