We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Mercy Clinic Smith-Glynn Callway. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Complete triage and identify abnormal patient symptoms, laboratory findings, and notify physicians or provide treatment according to standard Primary Care developed protocols.
- Assist with EPIC in-basket management, including incoming and outgoing telephonic or MyMercy messages, test results, medication refill requests, and other tasks as needed.
- Input orders as needed to aid providers and clinical care teams.
- LPN Qualifications:
- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Active LPN license
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- RN Qualifications:
- Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree
- Active RN license
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
