Mercy Springfield, Missouri is seeking a primary care physician with a passion for caring for patients aged 65 and older. As a senior-focused primary care physician, you will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with your patients and focus on their overall well-being.
Key Highlights:- Guaranteed Annual Salary: $300,000 with no productivity or wRVU requirements
- Value-Based Care: Adequate time with patients, relationship building, quality incentives, and multiple touch points throughout the year
- Small Panel Size: 600 patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage, allowing for regular visits and comprehensive care
- Dedicated Support: Panel RN for telephone encounters, triage, and in-basket support
- Flexible Work Schedule: 30-minute to 1-hour appointment slots, with options for in-person, virtual, or telephone encounters
- Comprehensive Benefits: Day one benefits package for your entire family, including health, dental, and vision insurance
- Relocation Assistance: Signing bonus and paid relocation available
