We're looking for a skilled Marketing and Communications professional to join our team. As a Marketing and Communications Lead, you will play a key role in crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.

About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and distributing internal and external marketing materials to build brand awareness and drive business results.
  • Driving our digital strategy, including collaborating with agencies and vendors to create compelling content and experiences.
  • Maintaining all Habitat Health online presence, including social media, directories, and other digital platforms.
  • Leveraging consumer and industry insights to develop targeted participant communications and brand programming.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal and state marketing regulations for PACE.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing/Communications, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience working in a healthcare start-up or related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Comfort writing clear, engaging, and actionable content for key audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
