As a member of our team, you will be expected to possess a strong understanding of hotel operations, procedures, and policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and guests alike.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience with hospitality software and systems is a plus.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30.21 - $40.29, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for career growth and development, and a dynamic and diverse work environment.
