Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the intake process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our program.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and clients, maintaining accurate and detailed client logs.
  • Listen to clients' concerns and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment.
  • Coordinate activities and ensure clients' schedules are followed daily.
  • Assist with interventions and follow treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Monitor medication lines and conduct searches as required.
  • Evaluate clients' behavioral and emotional needs and provide input for treatment plans.
  • Uphold therapeutic boundaries and staff code of ethics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Some mental health experience, with an entry-level role preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
